Describe what issue you wanted to resolve in your RTT session
I wanted to lessen and remove the anxiety I had with work. I wanted to be a more positive person and I wanted to sleep better.
Describe the negative symptoms / triggers / habits caused by the issue, and how they impacted upon your life.
Lack of sleep. Waking up thinking of work and not being able to get back to sleep. Low self confidence as I worried about not being good enough at my job. This made me want to go to bed very early and rushing my work. I always had knots in my stomach.
Describe how Suzie made you feel during your Discovery call / Consultation and during the RTT session itself
Suzie made me feel very relaxed. I felt that I could be honest with her without her judging my problems. She asked open questions to extract information from me.
Describe how Suzie identified what you wanted to achieve from the session
Suzie asked me lots of questions about how I would feel if i didn’t have the problems. It was always very positive outcomes once I had achieved my goals.
Describe how you felt whilst reviewing the scenes from your past during the hypnosis session. How did you feel at the end of the session?
During the scenes I felt quite emotional but at the end of the session I felt positive.
Describe your understanding of how the beliefs your formed as a result of the scenes from your past, negatively impacted your life
The beliefs that I formed were very negative because I was told off in all 3 of the scenes. I felt that I could do nothing right. This stayed with me and gave me low self-esteem and anxiety that if I made mistakes I would get told off as an adult.
What was your light-bulb moment (when you understood how the past was affecting your present)?
It was more of a general realisation that I am worthy.
How did you let go of the negative emotions of those past scenes?
By realising that what I did in the scene as a child was not my fault. It was more the over reactions of the adults that gave me the negative emotions.
How often, and how long did you listen to your personal transformation recording for?
I listened every day for 3 weeks. It is very motivational.
How many sessions did you need to get the result you wanted?
Two.
What positive changes have YOU noticed in yourself and in your life, since doing the work in the session and listening to the recording?
I don’t worry about work so much. My attitude to work has changed. Even though I’m still serious about work, I realise that I can’t control everything, and everything is not my fault. On weekends and evenings, I don’t think about work. So can enjoy myself more.
What things are you able to do now, that you were not able to do before?
I go to bed later. If I feel anxious, I can control it by thinking about the transformation recording and it makes me positive immediately.
What changes have people around you noticed and commented upon?
People have said that I’m more outgoing now, and more positive.
Would you recommend Suzie to other people, and why?
Yes for sure. Suzie made me feel very relaxed. She was very understanding and never judged me. She was kind.
