Describe what issue you wanted to resolve in your RTT session

I had been struggling with stress and negative thoughts. I suffered from headaches from time to time due to stress.

Made my mood bad all day.

She made me feel comfortable to talk about myself.

Describe how Suzie identified what you wanted to achieve from the session and how she gathered information about life without the problem?

She asked me about my problems and what I want to change in my life. After that she asked me about the questions related to my problems

Describe how you felt whilst reviewing the scenes from your past during the hypnosis session?  How did you feel at the end of the session?

At the first, I didn't feel good during reviewing the scenes. However, Once I finished it, I felt lighter.

Describe your understanding of how the beliefs your formed because of the scenes from your past, negatively impacted your life

When uncomfortable situations approached me, I avoided them.

What was your light-bulb moment (when you understood how the past was affecting your present)?

I would avoid conflict with others in any situation. So, I sometimes had things to lose.

How did you let go of the negative emotions of those past scenes?

At first, I tried to find the cause of all the problems around me, but in fact, the problems were in my mind.  Thanks to Suzie, after the therapy, I could start the day with a positive mind even until now.  My mood and my day changed along with it, and I had suffered from headaches from time to time due to stress, but now everything is better. Suzie showed me the magic of a few sentences.

How often, and how long did you listen to your personal transformation recording for?

Once in a day for 21days.

How many sessions did you need to get the result you wanted?

1 session.  During my follow-up call I was amazed at how positive I had become without even noticing.  I was a little ashamed of myself for being so negative when I first started.

What positive changes have YOU noticed in yourself and in your life, since doing the work in the session and listening to the recording?

In the same situation, I started to understand the situation and environment around me unlike the past.

What things are you able to do now, that you were not able to do before?

Think about myself as a lovable and worthy person.

What changes have people around you noticed and commented upon?

I don't get angry easily.

Would you recommend Suzie to other people, and why?

Yes. With just simple sentences, it changes my whole day.  Suzie arranged the meeting schedule for me, it was really simple therapy that could be done with just a cell phone.  I was debating whether or not to do this therapy, so if anyone is reading my testimony, I strongly recommend that you stop worrying and contact Suzie right away.  One phone call has already taken my life one step forward in happiness and beauty.
